Automatic Branches Assignment

Account owners can now assign newly created branches automatically to specific modules in the console, this configuration is added to branches in:

  • Users
  • Discounts
  • Promotions
  • Timed events
  • Price tags
  • Charges

This option will be shown for account owners and all users who have their branches set to “Automatically apply on all existing and new branches”.

When “Automatically apply on all existing and new branches“ option is selected, any branch that is created afterwards will be assigned to that exact module, this will help account owners save time and effort of assigning the new branch to existing modules and users.

Example:

  • Discount X should be available in all branches in the business (existing + any new branch created).
  • Account owner selects “Automatically apply on all existing and new branches“ option when editing Discount X branches.
  • This way whenever a new branch is added on the account, Discount X will be available at that branch.

New Features for the Call Center

1. Draft Orders

Draft Orders are orders that agents might save and come back to later without being sent to the branch. Draft orders are now available for agents on the Call Center which gives them a new option to save the order and come back to it later when needed to be submitted to branch.

To better be able to find draft orders, a new tab “Draft” is added to the Orders Listing with filters to filter on this specific new status.

Moreover, if the agent wishes to go back while taking an order, the agent will have the option to either cancel the order or save it as a draft. This will help the agent to come back to the order at anytime without the need to retake the order details again.
