A new "Has Tags" filter has been added to Console > Menu > Products, allowing users to filter products based on whether they have tags assigned. This enhancement helps users quickly identify untagged products and perform bulk actions efficiently.

If you paid your Foodics subscription invoice via bank transfer, you can now upload the proof of payment directly from the Console. Simply navigate to “Licenses and Invoices” and go to the “Invoices” section.

You have two options:

• Pay directly using the “Pay” button or a payment link.
• Upload the proof of payment if you’ve already paid via bank transfer.

Once you upload the document, the Foodics team will review and validate the payment. After verification, your invoice will be marked as Paid.

• Inventory Cost Analysis Report In Console > Reports > Analysis Reports > Inventory Cost Analysis, filters selected in the Filter Modal will now be preserved when switching between Quick Filter Tabs (Items Level ↔ Categories Level). The Branches and Categories filters will remain unchanged, while all other filters will reset upon switching. This update enhances usability and consistency, ensuring a smoother filtering experience when analysing inventory costs.

• Purchase Orders List In Console > Inventory > Purchase Orders List, filters selected in the Filter Modal will now be preserved when switching between Quick Filter Tabs. The Business Date, Destination, Supplier, Creator, Submitter, Updated After, and Delivery Date filters will remain unchanged, while all other filters will reset upon switching. This update improves filter consistency and navigation efficiency for managing purchase orders.

Description: Users can now add a delivery time slot in the Purchase Order transaction. This feature provides visibility on when suppliers are expected to deliver goods.

Key Updates:

• New Field: "Delivery Time" (وقت التسليم) in the Purchase Order creation modal.
• Time Format: hh:mm (24-hour format), ranging from 00:00 to 23:59.
• Integration: Delivery Time is displayed alongside Delivery Date in the Purchase Order details view.
• File Enhancements: Delivery Time is included in Purchase Order downloadable files and emails sent to suppliers.

Impact: Enhances inventory management and supplier communication by improving delivery time visibility.

Customers can redeem points for actual cash, functioning just like a digital wallet!

To make loyalty programs even more flexible, we’ve added a Tier Management module for Marketing. This new module allows you to:

• Create and manage loyalty tiers effortlessly
• Customize tier names, benefits, and requirements
• Personalize tier colors, images, and other details

Points are automatically collected with every order placed through Foodics if you have the new loyalty solution enabled.

You can now access all loyalty details right in the Customer Profile, providing insights such as:

• Total loyalty points
• Cash equivalent value of points
• The tier the customer belongs to
• And much more!

Cashier users can now redeem loyalty points with cash directly at the cash register, processing transactions smoothly based on the customer’s request.

• Enter their phone numbers
• View their current points balance
• Decide how much to redeem

Call center agents now have the option to manage loyalty interactions effortlessly. They can:

• View customer loyalty details during calls, including points balance, cash value, and tier information
• Redeem loyalty points for customers, processing cash or loyalty transactions directly through the system

Adding to that, customers who choose to pay via a link from the Call Center also have the option to view and redeem their loyalty points.

Beyond the above features, loyalty redemption is now available across all Foodics touchpoints, including:

We have now enhanced the exporting operation for :

Exporting operations on these areas should be faster & more efficient.

We have introduced the category reference against category name for users while adding Products to a Group by category. This enables users to identify the unique category besides the name. In case of duplicate category name.

We have now introduced a limitation on modifier options, now the user cannot “Deactivate” the last modifier option that is linked to a modifier group.

Users can now reset nutritional values for products and modifier options in the Edit Nutritional Values modal.

• New "Reset" Button: Clears all values (including serving size and unit) after confirmation.
• Confirmation Modal: Includes Cancel and OK options for user control.
