Preserved Filters On Different Pages

Inventory Control Report

In the Console > Reports > Inventory > Inventory Control section, filters are now preserved when switching between the Moving and Non-Moving quick filter tabs.

The selected filters Branch and Category will remain intact, while the Item filter will reset upon toggling.


Quantity Adjustment

In the Console > Inventory > Quantity Adjustment section, filters will now be preserved when switching between quick filter tabs.

The selected filters Business Date, Branch, Reason, Creator, Submitter, Updated After will remain intact, while the Reference and Status filters will be reset upon toggling


Production List

In the Console > Inventory > Production List section, filters will now be preserved when switching between quick filter tabs.

The selected filters Business Date, Branch, Status, Creator, Submitter, Updated After will remain intact, while the Reference and Type filters will be reset upon toggling.


Order Transactions

In the Console > Inventory > Order Transactions List section, filters will now be preserved when switching between quick filter tabs. T

Preserved Filters in Listing

Orders Listing

We’ve enhanced the Orders section in Console to preserve key filters when users switch between quick filter tabs, improving usability and data consistency.

🆕 What’s New

  • Filters selected via the Filter Modal (e.g., Branch, Tag, App Name) are now preserved when navigating across tabs like All, Today, Draft, Pending, Active, Ahead, Call Center, and API.
  • Reset behavior applies to filters such as Business Date, Reference, Status, Source, Check Number, etc.
  • If selected filters result in no matching records in the selected tab, the standard empty state image and message will be shown for clarity.


Purchasing Transaction

We’ve enhanced the Purchasing transaction section in Console to preserve key filters when users switch between quick filter tabs, improving usability and data consistency.

Console Date Picker Enhancement

We’ve improved the Date Picker in Console Reports and List Views to provide better usability when filtering data from previous years.

🆕 What’s New

  • Month Selection Modal:

    Users can now open a modal to select a specific month by name (e.g., "January", "February").

    Note: Selecting a month does not auto-select all dates within it.

  • Improved Date Selection:

    • After opening the month modal, users can manually select date ranges by dragging across specific days.
    • This allows for more granular control and avoids unintentional full-month selections.
  • Enhanced Year Navigation:

    • The modal includes easy scrolling through years, enabling users to quickly jump to a specific Month A of Year B.
    • Ideal for retrieving historical data without tedious back-navigation.

Price Tags Now Available on the Call Center

We are excited to announce that the Price Tags is now available on the Call Center, ensuring consistent pricing across both the Call Center and Cashier apps. This feature allows agents to easily assign price tags to orders during the order creation process.

When creating an order on the Call Center, agents can simply select a Price Tag. The prices will automatically update to match the selected price tag, ensuring price consistency and accuracy across Foodics Products.




To enable your agents to assign price tags on the Call Center:

  1. Navigate to Call Center Settings on the Console.
  2. Enable the Price Tags setting to allow agents to apply them to orders.


Things to Consider:

  • Price Tags allow you to assign multiple prices to a single product, combo, or modifier option, helping you avoid duplicating menu items for different order sources and types.
  • Draft Orders: If a draft order has a price tag, it will remain applied when submitted.
  • Re-orders: Price tags will be maintained on re-orders to keep pricing consistent.
  • Active Orders: Orders that are active and have a price tag will not be editable from the Call Center.

A new Help Center section is now available in the Console's left-side menu.

  • Users can access the Foodics Help Center with a single click.

Console users can now access relevant support resources more easily:

  • New Help Center icons are now available across Console entities, including Apps and Dashboard.
  • Each icon links directly to its relevant Help Center article.
  • Language support:
    • Arabic users will see articles in the Arabic version of the Help Center.
    • English users will see articles in English.

This update provides instant, context-specific documentation access, enhancing the self-service experience.

Adding "Has Tags" Filter in Product List

A new "Has Tags" filter has been added to Console > Menu > Products, allowing users to filter products based on whether they have tags assigned. This enhancement helps users quickly identify untagged products and perform bulk actions efficiently.

Upload Payment Document to Renew Your Foodics Subscription

If you paid your Foodics subscription invoice via bank transfer, you can now upload the proof of payment directly from the Console. Simply navigate to “Licenses and Invoices” and go to the “Invoices” section.

You have two options:

  • Pay directly using the “Pay” button or a payment link.
  • Upload the proof of payment if you’ve already paid via bank transfer.

Once you upload the document, the Foodics team will review and validate the payment. After verification, your invoice will be marked as Paid.

  • Inventory Cost Analysis Report In Console > Reports > Analysis Reports > Inventory Cost Analysis, filters selected in the Filter Modal will now be preserved when switching between Quick Filter Tabs (Items Level ↔ Categories Level). The Branches and Categories filters will remain unchanged, while all other filters will reset upon switching. This update enhances usability and consistency, ensuring a smoother filtering experience when analysing inventory costs.

  • Payment Report In Console > Reports > Sales > Payment Reports, filters selected in the Filter Modal will now be preserved when switching between Quick Filter Tabs, except for the Branch filter, which will be reset This update enhances filter consistency and usability, ensuring a smoother reporting experience.

  • Inventory Items List In Console > Inventory > Inventory Items List, filters selected in the Filter Modal will now be preserved when switching between Quick Filter Tabs. The Tag, Category, Supplier, Costing Method, and Updated After filters will remain unchanged, while all other filters will reset upon switching. This update improves filter consistency and user experience, making inventory management more seamless.

  • Purchase Orders List In Console > Inventory > Purchase Orders List, filters selected in the Filter Modal will now be preserved when switching between Quick Filter Tabs. The Business Date, Destination, Supplier, Creator, Submitter, Updated After, and Delivery Date filters will remain unchanged, while all other filters will reset upon switching. This update improves filter consistency and navigation efficiency for managing purchase orders.
