Fingerprint Scanner!

You can now login to your Foodics Cashier app with a fingerprint scanner integrated with the iPad. You only need to enroll the users in the Cashier Devices page and they will be able to login and approve different actions using their fingerprint.

Check Number in Receipt

Check please! We added a new unique serial Check Number for Cashier Orders that will not reset with each business day. Unlike the Call Number that will reset every business day. The check number is printed on the receipt, and available in order details screen, and in Order Export reports.

Unique Modifier Options in Products

When unique_options is selected, the user can not add more than 1 of each modifier option, they can add other options to satisfy minimum options requirement. This feature works in Cashier, Web Cashier and Call Center modules.

Scan QR Codes of Loyalty Applications

A new option to Scan QR Codes in the More Menu Options allows the Cashier to open the iPad Camera and scan the customer’s Loyalty Card and the customer will be assigned to the order automatically.

New Order Status: VOID

When an order is voided (cancelled before closing), it will be assigned a new status: Void to distinguish the paid and closed orders from the cancelled orders.

Show or Hide Rounding in Receipt.

If the setting to Show Rounding in Receipt Settings is enabled, this allows users to hide rounding from the receipt but it will be shown in the reports.

Notes in Drawer Operations

When adding drawer operations, the Cashier can enter a note along with the assigned transaction reason. The notes will be printed in the transaction receipt if the setting to print drawer operations is enabled.

Redeem Multiple Loyalty Rewards

If a customer would like to redeem multiple rewards in the same order, the Cashier can perform the redeem process multiple times for the same order.
