In this update, the following address fields, which previously accepted only numbers, now support both letters and numbers. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for users to accurately enter diverse address formats, accommodating various international address systems and improving overall data accuracy.

Update for Egypt Region: New columns in Product Import template has been added to the Importer Service specifically for Egypt. The template includes custom fields—Item Code, Item Type, and Unit Type—to support better management and integration with Egypt's e-receipt system.
In the inventory control report, earlier the items with only inventory count transaction with 0 variance were not visible. Now the items with above condition will be visible in the inventory control report.
Users with Manage Menu authority can now update the Product Costing Method via the Importer Service. Adding a cost will switch the method to Fixed Cost, while removing the cost keeping the column empty will revert it to 'From Ingredients' upon importing the sheet.
The 'Approved by' column has been added to the Returns report. Now, the username of the person who approves a return on the cashier will be recorded, providing operations managers with greater visibility into store activities.
In the Activity Log report, a new limitation has been introduced. Logs will now only be retained and visible for the last 90 days. All historical logs beyond this period will be automatically purged.
We have added the Retrieval Reference Number (RRN) as a column to the Order Payments inside “View Order”. This enhancement will help users reconcile their payments more efficiently when integrated with payment provider.

In the inventory count transaction, we have now separated the columns for Quantity and unit of measure so that users can extract the items and quantities entered in Inventory count transaction at the draft stage. This will allow users to analyse data prior to submitting the count.
In the Orders section, we have introduced a new export feature called Order Payments Raw Data. This functionality allows users to filter and export data for a period of up to 31 days. Users can choose to export data for all branches or filter by specific branches.
This enables the easy and efficient export of large datasets.
In the Activity Log report, we have now added more actions for better control and visibility of the activities performed by users with authority.
