Fixed an issue where Bump Icon indicating that the order has been bumped (marked as Done) from Kitchen keeps showing on table screen even after Waiter closes the order.

Fixed an issue where Waiter users with no Payment Permission that have not clocked in cannot proceed with ordering process. 

With this fix, Waiters will now see an "Open Shift" popup that will ask them to clock in from inside waiter app when starting ordering process.

• Fixed an issue when exporting Sales and Payments Reports where the currency would be shown in the export file and prevent users from working with the numbers in the report properly. Now the reports will be exported with proper numbers formatting, and the currency will be displayed in the console.
• Fixed an issue when exporting inventory transfers transactions that would prevent the users from receiving the export file by email. Now the users will receive the email properly.

• We fixed an issue for stock product items that were added as ingredient to another product or item or modifier option. The deleted product item would stay linked to them after deleting the stock product. Now the deleted ingredient will be removed from the product or item or modifier option that it was linked to.
• We fixed an issue in purchasing transaction that caused items total cost from the import file to be used as unit cost.
• We fixed an issue when trying to access a deleted transaction through the URL, it would keep the console loading infinitely.

• We fixed an issue that caused the maximum return period to default back to 60 minutes when the user set the maximum return period to 0 minutes.
• We fixed an issue in Devices where if there's only one menu group and it's assigned to a device, you couldn't remove it from the device.

• Fixed an issue that caused the order details section to load infinitely when you add a combo with the same size multiple times while changing one of the combo options.
• Fixed an issue that caused the date picker to be hidden when adding a due time.
• Fixed an issue that allowed the agent to add a combo - without an error - to the order without satisfying the required minimum modifier options when they add a combo to the order and upgrade it.
