We’ve made it easier and quicker to search for international phone numbers in the Call Center! Now, you can search by any part of a number starting with a +, and our system will seamlessly find the existing customer or let you create a new one, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Now, KSA clients can enable Payment Links in the Call Center immediately, even if the e-KYC process hasn’t been completed yet. This allows you to start accepting payments without delay, while a clear message notifies you about the account verification status, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Console users can now see 2 new columns in Products import, making data management simpler and more efficient:

• High Salt Content: Indicates if a product contains high levels of salt
• Walking Minutes to Burn Calories: Shows how many minutes of walking it takes to burn off the product's calories

• Now under Manage > More > Allergens there is a new bulk action: Add to Modifier Options
• You can now assign multiple allergens to modifier options through a dropdown menu.
• The system prevents duplicate allergen assignments automatically.
• All changes appear in the Modifier Options > Allergens Section.

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows console users to add nutritional values to products. This enhancement supports improved product transparency and enables the display of nutritional information on marketplace apps and online platforms. The Current Release for Nutritional values will be for Marketplace apps and online apps and won’t be visible on Cashier/CDS.

Nutritional Config:

• Serving Size : Indicates the serving size of food for which nutritional information is provided.
• Serving Unit (g,ml,portion) : Indicates the serving unit of food for which nutritional information is provided.

Example: Nutritional values (Per 100g)

• Amounts per serving:

  • Users can input values for the following attributes (optional numeric fields):
    • Calories (kCal) - السعرات الحرارية (كيلو كالوري)
    • Protein (g) - البروتين (غرام)
    • Total Fat (g) - الدهون الكلية (غرام)
    • Saturated Fat (g) - الدهون المشبعة (غرام)
    • Trans Fat (g) - الدهون المتحولة (غرام)
    • Cholesterol (mg) - الكوليسترول (ملغرام)
    • Carbohydrate (g) - الكربوهيدرات (غرام)
    • Fiber (g) - الألياف (غرام)

• Adding Nutritional values per product/modifier option:

  • "Edit Nutritional Values" (تعديل القيم الغذائية) button allows users to edit all nutritional values for a product/modifier option at once.

With our new seamless integration, you can now view more detailed information about customer payments for each order, including card scheme, settlement status, and Foodics Pay sync. For even deeper insights, simply click on “redirection icon” to be redirected to the Foodics Pay Portal, where you can explore the full transaction details.

Console users can now export detailed Order Tags data for up to 31 days from the Orders page.

Key Updates:

• New Export Option: Order Tags - Raw Data  with filters for Business Date, Branch, and Labels

This functionality will enhance the exporting operations for Orders tags for Big data ensuring more flexibility and efficiency.

We have introduced a new functionality in Modifier options to link Allergens. Users can now manage allergens for modifier options in Console > Menu > Modifier Options to ensure accurate allergen information for customers.

Key Update:

1. In Modifier Options>Allergen Section:
   • New “Allergens” section with an “Add Allergens” button.
   • Button allows users to select allergens from a dropdown.
2. Allergens Authority: In Manage>Roles>Manage Allergens. This functionality is available If the user has authority to manage allergens.

This feature improves allergen transparency, supporting customer safety and compliance.

The Current Release for Allergens will be for Marketplace apps and won’t be visible on Cashier/CDS for now and will be taken in later enhancements.

We have introduced new functionalities to enhance inventory analysis within the Inventory Control Report:

1. New Tabs Added
   • Moving Items (Default State): This tab remains the default view and displays all items with at least one transaction.
   • Non-Moving Items: A dedicated tab to list items with no transactions and no/0 variance.
