Filter By Order Status in KDS

With the “Filter By” button, filter your orders however you want. Whether you want to see the delayed, Canceled or even New orders.

Simply click on the Filter By button on KDS top bar → choose which status you want to view and click it. To revert back to normal view, click on the “All Orders” filter.

Bump All Orders with a single click

Order Sorting in KDS

Order Sorting will allow your cashiers to break down orders into multiple “Courses” before firing orders to KDS. This will better help streamline your kitchen operations by helping your Chefs focus on what course needs to be cooked and rolled out right now.

All you have to do when creating a new order from Cashier App is clicking on “Add Course” button. Add as many courses as you need --> add your products under them respectively and Fire your order to KDS

Sales by Coupon Report

A new sales by coupon report to help customers track the performance of coupons and monitor usage across the business. The report is available under the Sales section from the sidebar > Sales by Coupon.

Choose which columns to show or hide

Introducing more control to the way you view reports and data. In each report you can choose which columns to show so you can see the data that matters to you most in a single view.

For any report, click the icon to see all available columns, uncheck the column name to hide it from the data shown in the table.

New Filter for Sales by Combo Report

A new filter to exclude or include modifiers has been added to Sales by Combo report. This will allow you to see the impact of modifiers sold with the products in the combos during the report’s period.

Menu Engineering Report Enhancements

There is a couple of enhancements made for the menu engineering report which can be summarized in these points:

  • A new column for Profit Percentage: the new column will show the product’s profit contribution to the total profit of all products during the report's period.
  • A new filter to Include/Exclude Modifiers in Menu Engineering Report: When this filter is applied, the report will show the sales of the product including the modifiers which were sold with the product during the report’s period.

Branches Trend Report Enhancements

Branches Trend Report has been revamped to provide customers with more insights about their different branches and different time periods such as hourly, daily and monthly reports and more for any type of metric such as gross sales and customers trends.

  • You can now filter By Branch to view the trend report for a selected list of branches or branch tags.
  • Branches are sorted from the highest performing branch to the lowest branch automatically.
  • Sales Metrics are sorted by importance instead of alphabetically.
  • New Timely (Group By) views have been added in the report’s dropdown options. Such as Hourly report and daily report.

Reordering Orders for Customers in the Call Center

To help agents better serve repeated customers, we have introduced a new feature which is reordering a completed order. The agent will still also have the option to edit the cart and the order details before submitting the order to the branch.

This button will be visible for orders with source Call Center and Done status.

When reordering, Products, Modifiers and Discounts that are not currently applicable will be removed from the cart. Agents might be able to apply changes to the cart before submitting; actions such as adding or removing items from the cart or adjusting the quantities.
