We’ve introduced new role-based permissions to provide better control over menu products, combos and modifier options availability across branches.

What’s New

Two new permissions are now available under Manage → Roles → Menu Authorities:

• Hide Items
   Allows users to hide menu products, modifier options, and combos in selected branches.
• Mark Items Out of Stock
   Allows users to mark products and modifier options as Out of Stock in selected branches while still allowing cashier sales if needed.

Key Improvements

• Supports branch-level availability management directly from the Console
• Actions are automatically hidden or disabled for users without permission
• Fully supported across available Console languages
