When starting an inventory count, items will be added in 0 quantity by default, and you'll get a warning when submitting a Count with 0 quantity items. 

This allows you to make sure the user who performs the count has reviewed the items carefully and that each item's quantity has been edited accurately to reduce mistakes when doing Inventory Count and reduce the need to do adjustments later on.
