Call Center Ordering Enhancements
We have made multiple enhancements to the Call Center ordering process, that will make it easier and more seamless for agents to place orders such as:
- When creating a call center order, the call center agent can change the order type from the order screen after creating the order. This is helpful if the customer changed their mind during the ordering process.
- For delivery orders, to help the branch know if a customer is paying in Card or Cash on Delivery, agents can choose the order mode (cash or card) and the customer’s preference will be shown in the order notes.
- A new highlight for blacklisted customers will appear in the order creation screen for call center agents to be aware of blacklisted customers before sending an order to the branch.
- You can now apply coupons to call center orders. This will help you promote coupons and offers for the call center to get more orders and more customers for your business.
