Activity Log: Extended from 90 days to 270 days retained logs

Activity logs are now retained for 270 days instead of 90 days. Your history will grow over time, giving you a much longer window to see who changed what, when, and from where across your business.

Where to find it: Console → Reports → Business Reports → Activity Log

What’s changed

Activity logs are now kept for 270 days instead of 90. Use the date picker and the filters for action, user, module, or source (Console, Cashier, etc.) as before.

Why it matters

  • Investigate issues further back:
Find out when a product price, user permission, or device setting was changed, even if the problem only shows up months later.

  • Stronger accountability:
See a longer record of who made changes to products, users, and devices. This is especially useful for multi-branch teams with many Console users.

  • Easier audits and reviews:
Support internal audits, quarterly reviews, and reconciliation with a fuller record of activity, without exporting logs regularly to keep them.

  • Faster dispute resolution:
Answer “who changed this, and when?” with evidence rather than guesswork.

Good to know

Logs that were already older than 90 days before this release are not retained or be restored. Going forward, logs will be available for 270 days from the date of user activity.
