Control auto-acceptance of Unpaid Online Orders

Owners and managers can now choose whether orders from the Call Center or Online Channels are automatically or manually accepted at the cashier if unpaid. This is useful for automatically processing paid orders while allowing manual acceptance for cash-on-delivery or other offline payments.

You can enable or disable this in Device Settings or Online Ordering Settings, giving you full control over how your orders are handled.

  • If enabled: Unpaid orders are automatically accepted.
  • If disabled: Unpaid orders must be manually accepted at the cashier.

Note: This new checkbox is only visible and configurable if the “Auto Accept and Send Online Orders to Kitchen” setting is enabled.

Transfers Now Show Quantities in Ingredient Units

We’ve made it easier for you to manage your Transfers in Console > Inventory. Previously, you could only see all item quantities in the storage unit (like “Cartons” or “Boxes”). Now, you can also view them in the Ingredient Unit (like “Pieces” or “Grams”).

✅ What’s New

Switcher added: You can now toggle between Storage Unit (default) and Ingredient Unit right above the items table.

Clearer quantities: When you switch to Ingredient Unit, both the Quantity and Available Quantity columns will update automatically.

Easy conversion: When editing quantities, you’ll see a handy note that shows the conversion factor (e.g., 1 Box = 12 Pieces). A tooltip is also available for quick reference.

  • Easier and faster to decide the right quantities to transfer and receive.

Tax Group Warning for Zero-Priced Products

When creating or updating a product in Console → Menu → Product, if the product price is set to 0 and no Tax Group is not selected, the system will now show a confirmation prompt:

  • "Tax Group missing, are you sure you want to continue?"
  • "لم يتم اختيار مجموعة ضريبية، هل تريد الاستمرار؟"

This helps prevent tax reporting discrepancies in Jordan and KSA.

Enhanced Support for High-Value Orders in Iraq

Overview

We’ve improved our system to better support markets with high-value currency figures, such as Iraq, where exchange rates can make even routine transactions appear very large.

What’s New?

Our platform now supports larger transaction values for Iraq accounts, removing the previous cap (9,999,999) that often caused order rejections.

💡 Example: With $1 ≈ 1,310 IQD, an order of $115 equals ~150,650 IQD, which previously risked exceeding limits.

📢 End of Day Report in Console Business Days

We have introduced the End of Day (EOD) Report in Console > Reports > Business Reports > Business Days to give authorized users a clear view of daily branch performance.

✨ What's New

  • A new "End of Day" column has been added to the Business Days report.

  • Each row now includes a "View / عرض" action that redirects to the End of Day Preview Page
  • The report provides comprehensive information across these categories:
    • Branch Details (business date, open/close times, printed at)
    • Sales Summary (gross/net sales, discounts, charges, taxes, averages, voids, rounding)
    • Order Charges (open and auto-applied charges)
    • Order Types (dine-in, pickup, delivery, drive-thru)
    • Discount Summary (per configured discount)
    • Payments & Returns (by payment method, total/net payments)
    • Net Payments by Type (cash, card, gift card, house account, third party, other)

There is a Print option within the End of Day Preview Page.
The Cashier app should be updated to the latest version to see this report in console.

🔒 Data Retention

  • End of Day Files will start uploading in Console from today 1st September 2025
  • End of Day files are available for 60 days only.

  • Timed Events > View Timed Event: Hide “Apply to Combos” if the Combos add-on is not purchased.
